ABOUT

What do you look for, when choosing a Coach or a Mentor?

I expect, that you consider their professionalism, level of training and experience.

That set of criteria should apply as you are opening up your mind and emotions to change or create new habits.

You want to achieve the best possible results and outcomes, that you want and desire.

My name is Charlotte and I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals, to change people's lives, from negative to positive thoughts and emotions, to take them back to live a happy and fulfilling life.

I’ve been successfully coaching clients facilitating their self-growth.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.

I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back.

Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

I have in one form or another, been where you are now, experiencing the ups, downs and turbulence of life.

I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients.

So if you are fed up being stuck, I look forward to working together with you.

Why The Proud Swan

Think about a moment in life, when you felt like you didn't measure up to yourself, to those around you.

Do you know the story about The Ugly Duckling?

It is a story about personal transformation and self-image.
It is about self-discovery.

The story shows the ugly duckling being unattended to and withdrawn. He gradually shifts into a more depressing and isolated state.
He goes through challenging situations to find his true values.
The story ends with the feeling of acceptance and love, showing that things get better, as we find acceptance within our selves and our surroundings.

I believe, that acceptance is unique to every individual in our day-to-day life and I will help you find your own inner self and your acceptance of yourself, so that you too, can become A Proud Swan.

Words of kindness

Charlotte is a phenomenal coach!!!
My experience with Charlotte has impacted my life in such a positive way. Charlotte held space for me with such kindness and compassion which allowed me to open up and explore areas in my life that I would usually find difficult talking about.
Charlotte has such great methods, techniques and knowledge that transformed my life and helped achieve my goals.
I would recommend her coaching services to anyone and everyone that is wanting to improve their life in any area to achieve success, self growth and overall happiness.
THANK YOU CHARLOTTE !!!
Bronte Fitton.

My name is Arefin. I had a series of coaching sessions with Charlotte. At the start, I was a bit sceptical and not sure what specific area I could work on. But as she started with me, many different aspects of my life opened up. It really did broaden my mind and ways I see many things. I certainly feel the difference in many decisions I make every day and for that, I am glad I did those coaching sessions with Charlotte.
She is warm, nurturing and welcoming, and for that reason, in future, if I need clarity in certain areas of my life I would definitely give her a call and so should you. She is worth every penny.
